1. Our Vision

To become the venue of choice for groups, organisations and schools seeking a residential centre in North Cornwall

2. Our Mission

To be a part of God’s work of seeing youngsters and adults become followers of Jesus Christ through developing and maintaining Menadue as a safe and comfortable facility

3. Our Aims

In all that we do, we aim to reflect our Christian calling and our Statement of Faith to which we adhere

1. To maintain the site in a safe, comfortable and attractive condition throughout the year

2. To offer all school groups a daily Christian talk

3. To provide a quiet space for prayer and reflection

4. To be self-supporting and non-profit making

5. To be able to offer the site at subsidised rates to other like-minded charities, groups and individuals

4. Our Values

We want our guests to have an excellent Christian residential experience and to that end we will always strive to demonstrate:


a. By seeing people as the priority and treat all with friendliness, respect and courtesy


a. By outlining clearly in our literature and marketing the standards and services that can be expected, showing transparent honesty and openness including having:

i. a clear pricing structure that highlights any “extras” or cancellation charges

ii. a booking process that has reasonable terms and conditions and is administered efficiently


a. By ensuring high standards of communication, provision, hygiene, safety, maintenance and access in accordance with best practice and current legal requirements


a. By committing ourselves to providing

i. effective and appropriate training for our staff and volunteers that values them as a vital part of the organisation

ii. activities and residential stays which provide opportunities for challenge and growth


a. By ensuring that all staff and volunteers understand and comply with current legislation that applies to all areas of their responsibility


a. By managing all resources in accordance with our Environmental Policy whilst ensuring that they are in excellent condition for guests

b. By underpinning our interactions with guests and any external organisations as well as staff by a desire to demonstrate care
